Broadband is a wonderful thing. It means that it no longer is necessary to work in the same town, country or even hemisphere as one's clients. Therefore we can help; wherever you are. Proofs are sent to you via email. BSP uses video conferencing by means of Skype or if you prefer, we are at the end of the telephone. If you are lucky enough to live in the Little Karoo or within traveling distance of Oudtshoorn, we will happily come out to see you to discuss your requirements.

Printed materials

You submit a briefing in which you describe what you would like us to produce, i.e. brochures, flyers, letterheads or business cards. You provide us with relevant materials and information and we work on a concept and initial designs. This will include different size suggestions, paper stocks and printing methods. Should you require photography, we will arrange a photo shoot or source images. We will present to you drafts of a variety of different approaches and establish which style and layout you prefer. Once a concept has been signed off, all remaining pages will be drafted and sent to you for approval as they are completed, amendments will be handled promptly and resubmitted. Once all amendments are complete, the work is made print-ready and sent for printing.

The website design & build process

You submit a brief with the content and requirements for your site. We can assist you by 'brainstorming' with you and developing a site map on paper. BSP has a long history with developing sites and will help you decide the best structure for your needs. We can source any materials (images & text) required or take digital photographs if your location allows. You will be sent initial drafts for a few pages. Upon your assessment, revisions will be made and resubmitted to you. Once the website content and design is signed off, your website will be live within 7 days*.

We provide competitive hosting packages and will include a free update within 6 months as standard*. We will maintain and constantly monitor the effectiveness of your site, providing advice where needed to make sure your website stays fresh.

And one more thing... you own your domain name; you get billed directly for it, so that means if you don't wish to work with us any further, you own the name and you can appoint anyone you wish to work on it without pesky porting and downtime. We don't believe in ripping our clients off with unecessary admin charges. Web hosting starts at £39 per month, with a R49 set-up fee.
